November's Charity Speaker: The Samaritan Association of Latvia is a voluntary, neutral, and independent organization that works in the interests of the general public.  It is one of the largest NGOs in Latvia.  Their ‘At Home Safety Button’ instantly notifies LSA of a health emergency at the home of an elderly patient. The LSA training centre is a registered ambulatory medical care and education establishment offering certified first aid, basic care, and other training programmes to approximately 20,000 trainees a year.  LSA provides regular help to approximately 5,000 people every month.  In 2026, IWCR has supported a series of activities for Easter and Valentine's Day for seniors and children.
