The Executive Board of the IWCR is elected every year at the Annual General Meeting. They volunteer their time to lead the organization with vision in pursuit of the mission of the organization.
| President Amanda Banister serves as the chief volunteer leader of the organization and the Chair of the Board of Directors. This role provides strategic leadership, ensures the organization fulfills its mission, presides over board and membership meetings, and represents the organization publicly. |
| Vice President Mary-Anne Sauvé's role is to support the President in leading the organization. She assumes the President’s duties when the President is unavailable. This role often focuses on internal operations, committees, and special projects. |
| SecretaryMelanie Smith is responsible for maintaining accurate records of the organization’s governance activities and ensuring effective communication and compliance with organizational requirements. |
| TreasurerBrittany Conlin serves as the chief financial officer of the organization, responsible for overseeing financial integrity, transparency, and compliance, and for reporting financial information to the board and membership. |
| Charitable Committee ChairHillary Stickler leads the planning, coordination, and execution of the organization’s charitable fundraising activities and initiatives in alignment with the organization’s mission and Latvian law. |
