The IWCR is an international group of women in Riga, Latvia offering friendship, and supporting the local community.
We regularly support several charities with different fundraising initiatives.
Welcome to the International Women’s Club of Riga’s largest Charity Fundraising event of the year! More details will follow on this page as we confirm them.
We look forward to seeing you on the day!
We are a volunteer-led organisation of over 110 women from 40 different countries. The Charity Bazaar is our biggest fundraising activity each year; supported by foreign ambassadors with their families, and a strong international community.
Together, we take the opportunity to learn about Latvian culture, and, through our charity work, to give something back to the local community. By becoming our member you will have the chance to meet new people, take part in exciting, local activities, join groups with similar interests as your own and to support local charities.

I really like enjoy being a part of the International Women’s Club of Riga because of how wonderfully diverse it is. Women from literally anywhere come together to become friends, and support others. Good stuff!

Although my stay in Riga was sadly cut short, the 2 months I spent with the beautiful and gifted women of the IWCR gave me so much joy and inspiration that I will savor for the years to come.

When I came to Latvia in spring 2012, my husband was busy working and our daughter was 6 months old. I was pretty afraid of being a house wife in a foreign, post-Soviet country. One week later, I was already an IWCR member and made wonderful contacts to inspiring women of all ages.
