IWCR teams up with Tavi Draugi to support their camo net weaving program. IWCR volunteers learn to weave nets on large looms. The camouflage nets are made based on the requests of Ukrainian military units to hide equipment, ammunition, vehicles, and humanitarian goods. Tavi Draugi will have additional volunteer tasks to include making candles, packing candles, cutting ribbon, removing the knots from ribbon, stuffing styrofoam into nylons, etc.
*Please note that due to the recent fire, volunteers will be working outside of the warehouse in the open air or under a tent. Please wear weather-appropriate clothes and be prepared to get dirty. Most recently, volunteers have been working with the rubble nets but other tasks may be assigned.
