Pestīšanas armija Latvijā (The Salvation Army) Refugee Centre holds regular art sessions – painting beautiful landscapes and scenes – giving refugees and beneficiaries a chance to learn something new and to do it in a relaxing environment. They met in Vermanes Park on September 10 to make the most of the lovely September day!
During 2025, IWCR designated financial and in-kind contributions for the program’s craft supplies, coffee, and tea.
