About This Funding Program

*Applications will open on October 10.  Apply before December 10.*

This grant aims to support Latvian nonprofit organizations that work directly with:

  • Children
  • Families with children
  • Women in difficult situations
  • Vulnerable groups of population (including: people with disabilities, seniors, homeless)

Organization should operate in Latvia, We prioritize organizations which receive little to no support from Latvian government sources or international donors.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, your organization must:

  1. Be a legally registered nonprofit (or equivalent civil society organization).
  2. Focus on supporting one or more of the following groups:
    • Children (ages 0–18)
    • Families with children
    • Women
    • People with disabilities
    • Seniors
    • Homeless
  3. Be based and working within a local Latvian community.
  4. Have limited access to funding from governments or international donors.
  5. Have at least 1–2 years of operational experience in relevant fields.
  6. Be willing and able to provide basic financial and activity reports.

One organization can apply with one project

Not Eligible

This funding is not available for:

  • Individuals or informal/unregistered groups
  • Government agencies or for-profit businesses
  • Organizations already receiving substantial international or state funding
  • Projects unrelated to supporting the groups mentioned above
