We are delighted to confirm that our IWCR Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 8thMarch 2017 in the meeting room of the Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel. Registration and coffee will begin at 10.00 am and AGM will start at 10.30 am. We will then have lunch in the restaurant at 12.30 pm for those of you who are able to stay a little longer. A separate lunch invitation and request to sign up will be sent out at a later date.
The main purpose of the AGM is most importantly, to elect members to IWCR Board and to report on the past year’s activities.

Tina Nordqvist – Vice President – will step down and stand as candidate for president
Stef Elincheva – Treasurer- will step down
Veronica Gussarvius – Secretary – will step down
Vera Boisson – Charity – will continue
Advisory Board:
Vija Pugule – Social & Tours – will continue
Nolla Zhang – PR – will step down
Jenai Girvics – Membership – will continue
Kate Grymak – Lunch – will continue
Urszula Gawska-Kartashov – Website – will continue
