Online Exercise Classes

IWCR has received a very gracious invitation from Vilnius International Women Association to join Morning Happy Pill session with a nice lady Ruta Cinkaite from Spain. Below is a message from her:

When I say sport,- what is the first idea that pops into your mind? Suffering? Or joy? Draining? Or exciting?
Working out can be (and should be!) fun, energizing, and pleasant. All you have to do is find a type of sport that works for you! My name is Ruta and sport has always been a huge love of my life. I am a professional dancer, CrossFit fan, Kundalini yoga student, and a huge advocate of early morning workout sessions.
I haven’t been in the gym for almost a decade, because I believe that sport must be something that makes us feel (and look) good. Rather than something that boring, repetitive, and exhausting.
Train with me and take your mornings to another level. We will start with a yoga-based warm-up, raise our heart rate with bodyweight exercises, stretch well, and cool down with a short meditation and focused breathing.
1 good hour in the morning can take your whole day to a completely different level. Your happiness molecule lives in your body! Let’s awaken it together!”

Ruta is offering her online exercise classes two more times: March 16 and March 23. Both classes will be at 10:00 for 1 hour.

No need to register for the sessions. Let’s join with our IWC sisters from Lithuania. The Zoom links will be sent via Memberplanet prior to the sessions.
