Hiking for Charity: A Warm winter for the children at Hope for Children Latvia
Colder weather is approaching and that means need for warm clothes and heating.
Join me in collecting funds for Hope for Children Latvia to provide warm coats and heating for the children during the winter!
My name is Ella Kantanen, I attend the International School of Latvia at 12th grade, and I am starting project to collect money for Hope of Children Latvia. My project is to by hike from Sigulda to Ligatne and back to Sigulda (approximately 25 km total), collect charity money with the help of sponsors.
Anyone can become a sponsor, and you can decide how much you are willing to donate yourself!
Here is how to become a sponsor:
- Fill in the survey below, providing your email and Euros per km you are willing to donate
- Follow the Facebook group Hiking from Sigulda to Ligatne: Charity for Hope for Children Latvia to keep you updated
- October 21-22 are the dates I will hike
- After completing my hike I will inform you the amount of km I hiked and ask you to donate the sum of money that you signed up multiplied by the amount of km I hiked.
