Charity Bazaar – For Embassy and Country Representatives

The International Women’s Club of Riga (IWCR) will be hosting the 23rd IWCR Charity Bazaar on Sunday, November 24th 2019, from 11:00 to 16:00. New Venue: Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija, Elizabetes iela 55, Riga.

Thank you very much for attending our Informational Meeting, which took place Friday 13th September 2019. We are very glad, to see you all joining the international Bazaar, and with it supporting our continuous charity work. Together with you all, we can achieve so much more!

Please fill out the questionnaire with your contact information and needs of tables by September 30th.

The Day at the Bazaar

7:00 – 9:30 am: Deliveries 

Any deliveries need to be delivered to the underground cargo delivery area on Baznica. No deliveries through the main entrance of the hotel.

Delivery time: Sunday, 24th Nov 7:00-9:30 am.  We will prepare a delivery plan and tell you in advance your time slot for deliveries.

Car Registration:

Please give your car registration number. All drivers need to register at the security desk before drop off and again at the end of day pick up.

Set-up your tables & Decoration until 10:00am

Your table will be marked with your country name

You can decorate your table(s) and hang-up items in front of the table (on the tablecloths). Please do not tape on  the walls and pillars.

10.00 – 11:00 am: Vendor Shopping

Tables should be ready for shopping amongst vendors

11.00 am – 4.00 pm: Bazaar opens

Bazaar is open for visitors and public

16:00: Bazaar is closing

as of 16:00 Clean-up

Please use the cargo elevator but not main entrance of the hotel. The cargo elevator opens for us from 16:30, not before.

• Garbage to the garbage zone
• Count money and fill out slip -> Counting Room
• No overnight storage, please make sure to take all your belongings.
• Underground parking is available in EuroPark (regular EuroPark fees apply)
