Dear IWCR members,
We are delighted to confirm that our IWCR Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 16th of March 2016 in the meeting room of the Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel. Registration and coffee will begin at 10.00 am and AGM will start at 10.30 am. We will then have lunch in the restaurant at 12.00 pm for those of you who are able to stay a little longer. A separate invitation and request to sign up will be sent out at a later date.
The main purpose of the AGM is most importantly, to elect members to IWCR Board and to report on the past year’s activities.

Egle Gaubiene – Lunch – will step down

If you are unable to attend the AGM please sign a proxy and give to someone who is going or send it to the board. The proxy form will be sent out at a later date.
