IWCR Annual General Meeting is approaching rapidly. We hope all of you received the invitation by mail. Attached to that e-mail was the Proxy form and the Agenda.
We will meet at Radisson Blu Daugava on the 16th of March at 10:00 for registration. Coffee and tea will provided. The AGM starts at 10:30.
If you will not be able to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), a proxy vote is attached to the email for you to sign and use to vote.
Please make sure that the power of attorney is given to another member who will be attending the AGM or scan/take a photo and send to board.iwcr@gmail.com.
