Cooking Club: Thursday, October 10th and 24th

Sylvie Muratet is organizing the cooking club for IWCR. The sessions are hosted by volunteers so if any of you is interested in having a cooking class in your house please feel free to reach Sylvie.

The first session will be hosted by Sylvie Muratet in her home on Thursday, October 10 at 10.00 am. She will show how to cook a  French Quiche Lorraine, with homemade dough ( “Pâte Brisée “, pie-crust pastry; neither shortcrust not puff pastry ). ( This recipe includes pork. )

The following session will be hosted by Minna Toivonen on Thursday October 24th, and she will show how to cook a Finnish Salmon Soup.

Attendance fee will be 2 lats per person, not for the hostess, but for the Club’s Charities.

A hard copy will be distributed to attendants, who will learn and have a bite of the recipe.
