please attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The International Women’s Club of Riga (IWCR), and elect the new IWCR Board for 2020/2021:

  • Venue: Clarion Collection® Hotel Valdemars
  • Address: K. Valdemara iela 23, 1010 Riga , Latvia
  • Date: Wednesday, 25th March, 2020
  • Time: 10:00 – 13:00, Coffee, tea, water will be served.
  • Lunch: 13:00

Pencil the date into your diary. 

In case you might not be able to join, please hand in your proxy, and pass on the authority to another member to represent you in voting for the Board. Please email to until Mar 4th.

Day of the AGM

The Board will review the membership year 2019/2020. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

  • Opening of AGM, by board chairperson 
  • Board report, summary of the activities, financial overview 2019/2020
  • Approval of Board Report and 2020 Budget
  • Election of board 2020/2021

Finish the day with a joyful lunch

We kindly invite everyone to join us for lunch after the AGM at 13:00. It is a great opportunity to catch up, brainstorm new ideas, and to exchange with the new Board members. Please note, every person pays individually at the restaurant

We are very grateful to the Clarion Hotel Valdemars for hosting our AGM free of charge. IWCR will cover the costs for the coffee break in the morning.

Stand for the election, and be part of 5 elected members taking care to offer a platform promoting friendship, providing assistance and supporting our charity work, which is very close to our hearts.
