This exhibition presents artworks ranging from icons to installations, with no limits as to time or style.This is a conceptual look at the material and spiritual properties of gold.The artworks are divided up into groups –Golden Calf,Victim,Power and Eras,Dreams of Fortune,Sun,Light,Love,Endless SpaceandAlchemy.The presence of gold in these artworks can be directly visible or simply of an indirect meaning.The oldest exhibit is a 16thcentury icon, while the latest artworks were created in 2010 specifically for this exhibition.The exhibition challenges the viewer to look at links in terms of the context of the artworks.
