There are thousands of options to explore when it comes to matching beer with food! Our first “Beer & Food Pairing Event” took place in September in the newly-opened Restaurant KITCHEN, located in the hip and up-and-coming Spikeri district.
Chef-fanatic Karlis Roberts Celms prepared a wonderful 5 course Pan-Continental/Nouvelle Latvian cuisine meal. Each course was matched with a Latvian-brewed traditional beer, brewed by Aldaris, selected to compliment the unique flavours and aromas of the food.
All elements of the dinner were super - the exciting, imaginative and perfectly executed dishes; the varied and contrasting beers, the impeccable service and great company!
