Starter :   fish minestrone soup

Main course : 
1) Mango glazed chicken breast with vegetable rice

                                          or

2) Steamed tilapia fish with vegetables and lemon aioli

Dessert :
Fresh pineapple pickled in vanilla with mascarpone cream, coffee/tea
