Was this a record for the IWCR? 60 Members and special guests attended the October lunch at Vincents Restorans, one of Riga's most famous restaurants.
We were delighted to welcome, amongst other special guests, Madame Zatlere, the former First Lady of Latvia; Jelena Ushakova, wife of the Mayor of Riga and Caryn McClelland, Deputy Chief of the Mission, Embassy of the United States.
A big thank you Martins Ritins and his wonderful team for the superb food and generous hospitality. A special vote of thanks to our unflappable hostess, Marina Fricke.
